Return & Refund Policy
At Limitless Wear, our products are made to order, helping us reduce unnecessary production and waste. Please check our size guides, colour options and product information carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Change of Mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to return an item.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with return instructions.
For change-of-mind, sizing or colour returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
You may try an item on to check its fit, as you would in a shop. Returned items should be kept in their original condition and must not be worn or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try them on.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item, as you may not be required to send it back.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the eligible item following the returns process above and place a new order for your preferred item.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at infinitestyle@limitlesswear.co.uk.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to stop it before dispatch where possible.
Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process any refund due to your original payment method.
For eligible cancellations, your refund will include the price paid for the returned item and any standard delivery charge where required by law.
If you selected a delivery service that costs more than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable law. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Personalised Products
Products that are genuinely personalised or made to a customer's individual specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights.
Our standard Limitless Wear products are not considered personalised solely because they are produced after an order is placed.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
